We provide strong and versatile rafter bars that gasket seal polycarbonate sheets directly to timber rafters for reliable performance in any weather or with any size of structure. uPVC capped rafter bars

Strong, lightweight and really fast to fit the PVC capped bar can support 10mm, 16mm, 25mm and 35mm multi-wall polycarbonate sheeting and is adaptable to almost any domestic or commercial requirement. Accommodating the most popular polycarbonate sheet thicknesses a clever recessed groove base fitting provides secure fitting for sealed gasket and uPVC edge trim.

Available in 2m to 6m lengths in uPVC white or brown the design includes a snap on end cap for flush, finished looks and a watertight finish thanks to an extruded lip which still allows for heat expansion and contraction.

Aluminium capped rafter bar

An extremely strong glazing bar that can accommodate the most popular sizes of multi-wall polycarbonate sheets this product is ideal in places where large variations in temperature are likely. Featuring a quality snap on aluminium f-section capping with a powder coated finish the rafter bar offers a neat finish without screw holes.

Available in 2.5m to 6m lengths the bar includes a full width TPR sealing gasket to fit directly to roof timbers and fits 10mm, 16mm, 25mm and 35mm polycarbonate sheets.
